“I-it got bigger….”
If his chest originally was like a small soup dumpling from Japan, which is not even as big as his own hand and felt rather empty inside, now it had become a breakfast bun, plump and juicy, with clear contours.
It became increasingly conspicuous.
Early in the morning, while Ning Chu sat at his desk eating breakfast, he could clearly feel Wen Yang’s gaze drifting toward his chest every so often.
That guy immediately noticed Ning Chu’s change.
Why don’t you go become a police sketch artist if your observation skills are that sharp?!
Wen Yang brought back breakfast from the cafeteria; after waking up, he’d already placed a bag of food on the table.
“I’m going home, see you all in a week!”
Wang Jie packed his luggage, then shouted from the doorway while dragging his suitcase, “I’ll be off!”
Zhang Shaoqing bit down on a piece of bread as he played a game, but Wen Yang shot him a glance before returning his attention to Ning Chu’s chest. With his head lowered over breakfast, no one among the three roommates spared him a single glance.
“Bye!” Wang Jie grumbled as he opened the door, ready to leave.
“Oh yeah! Remember to bring some local products when you come back!” Zhang Shaoqing suddenly remembered something and called out a reminder, “Don’t forget!”
“Bon voyage!” Ning Chu raised his hand and waved goodbye, then added, “Don’t get lost on the way home.”
“As if that could happen!”
Though it was a seven-day-long holiday, three people remained in the dormitory for various reasons.
After finishing breakfast, Ning Chu threw away the trash and turned to Zhang Shaoqing. “Aren’t you going back for the long weekend?”
“No, I told my family that school isn’t off and that we’re having classes instead.”
“Oh, Wen Yang, what about you?”
“My house is too far away, and train tickets are expensive, so I figured I might as well work during the break.”
‘You’re going to get me into trouble again!’
Ning Chu’s eyes widened, staring at Wen Yang with shock. “Where do you plan on working?”
“Hm? Let’s see… I’ll take a stroll around town later…” Wen Yang suggested, “Why don’t we go together? We can keep each other safe.”
Now this sounded like something he could get behind!
Zhang Shaoqing had no interest in working, and he yawned as he complained, “You two should just marry and live together permanently; you’re always glued together anyway.”
“Enough chatter!”
Since it was a long holiday, Ning Chu also began considering how to handle Zhang Shaoqing matter. The yellow haired young master’s mood was rather unstable, prone to mental breakdowns upon encountering any sort of stimulation, and now their most precious catgirl companion was their biggest concern.
Ning Chu’s tone immediately softened, and he suggested to Zhang Shaoqing, “Shaoqing, let’s gather everyone from our dormitory for this week! How about we help you win Ling Ling?”
Zhang Shaoqing’s eyes lit up momentarily but quickly dimmed again. “Forget it, she was dumped by Wen Yang before; her mood is still bad.”
“Wen Yang sinned deeply!”
“???”
Wen Yang’s forehead filled with confusion. “Huh? We’ve never even held hands.”
At the time, Ling Ling had been pursuing Wen Yang, who had reluctantly agreed only after being annoyed by her persistent advances. Over the course of a few days, they barely spoke, yet were invited to rent a room late at night to play cards.
According to the plot, even if there was no emotional foundation between a man and woman, the girl would still take the initiative due to her desire for Wen Yang’s body. After one night, everything from the appropriate to inappropriate would have occurred.
Yet now, Wen Yang voluntarily stayed behind to play games with Ning Chu instead, then directly broke up with Ling Ling afterward.
“Shaoqing, do you know why Ling Ling didn’t accept you? In terms of looks, you’re not inferior to Wen Yang, and in terms of family background, you’re far superior.”
“She always saw me as her older brother, right?”
Ning Chu analyzed this seriously and said, “She likes Wen Yang, so perhaps there’s some quality he has that you lack? If you learned from Wen Yang, maybe she’d fall for you too?”
Zhang Shaoqing’s face darkened as he turned to look at his computer screen.
‘Why is your pride so strong?!’
Rolling his eyes at the back of Zhang SHaoqing head, Ning Chu let out a sigh and got up, walking toward the bathroom.
Yesterday, Wen Yang had shown initiative by rejecting the girl on his own, and later, Ning Chu had ruined the fox girl schemes. Having twice thwarted the story line, it was likely that his genderbending would be more pronounced today than usual.
His chest certainly had become fuller, transforming him into a steamed bun, but what about other areas?
Stepping inside the bathroom, Ning Chu wiped down the mirror with a paper towel, then leaned forward to peer at his reflection.
His face seemed unchanged; he still looked indistinguishable between male or female. He stepped back two paces to examine himself from head to toe.
Compared to before, his body clearly appeared fuller, though not fat—he just looked softer overall.
“Nothing else seems to have changed either. At least my butt hasn’t gotten bigger again, otherwise I’d need to buy new pants.”
Now then, it’s time to check the most important part.
