- Wow, so many gallery guilds. Isn’t White Bone Gang, No Mercy, and Rocket Gang all from the gallery?
ㄴThey may have a lot of members, but they’re still getting pushed around in PVP by the pros with good gear, lol. In reality, it’s a two-way battle between GG Gang from Alfarion Empire and Plan B from Betarion Empire.
ㄴWhite Bone Gang should just team up with GG Gang’s Guildmaster WeGotMarried. White Bone Gang, assemble!
- Eastern Alliance is full of muscle heads, I swear. They must be beasts in mass battles.
ㄴRocket Gang better join forces with Plan B. Objectively, GG Gang seems stronger than Plan B, but with Eastern Alliance joining, who knows?
ㄴNow that ‘High-grade Mana Stones’ are being dropped as rewards for this faction battle, you have to hide behind big guilds for faction wars. Casual players doing daily quests will just get crushed by the whales’ war.
...
- Ultimately, this large-scale war is about whether or not you can claim the World Boss, right? Even with hundreds of players, the rewards look insane. There could be Legendary-grade items. What’s the respawn time on that thing? Feels like it’ll take months.
ㄴNo one knows. No one’s taken it down yet. While the warring guilds provide cover, it’s the pro dungeon teams who’ll have to take it down.
ㄴPlan B attempted the first run yesterday right after the World Boss spawned, but they got wiped out by the first breath attack, lol. Huge area and long duration. No one knows how to beat it yet.
ㄴSo doesn’t that mean Alfarion Empire has the upper hand? After all, the first-clear raid team ‘Chris Raid Team’ is from Alfarion Empire.
ㄴChris Raid Team hasn’t formed a guild yet, but I bet GG Gang’s guild master will recruit them by offering reward splits.
ㄴThere are elite players in Betarion too. We still don’t know.
ㄴWhich faction is *Noname Party* in? That’s unclear.
ㄴIsn’t there a rumor that the tank of Noname Party is that cute little swordsman who runs bus parties with Chris Raid Team?
ㄴWhite Puppy? Lol, the adorable little swordsman?
ㄴI was on a bus run with Chris Raid Team yesterday, and I think the top DPS right now is them. They were soloing the Fallen Angel, and its HP dropped faster than the Archangel, which two ranged DPS were hitting. Can you even imagine?
ㄴChris should lift the ban on sharing screenshots and videos of White Puppy!

“Hm hm~ Hm hm hm~”
Humming to myself, I placed a vase in the center of the table.
The red and white flowers in the vase were beautiful ones I had picked myself from the mountain yesterday.
“This one’s Chris unni, and this one’s me.”
I covered my face with my hands and giggled.
After finishing the final decoration, I stretched my back and took a look around *my home*.
Sunlight streamed in through the wide windows, brightening the room. The view of the capital was perfectly framed by the curtains on the window.
The sofa and refrigerator-like furniture created an interesting contrast with the medieval fantasy setting. They were works made by players with workshops in the capital of the Alfarion Empire, specializing in furniture and magical devices.
A small bookshelf stood next to the sofa, neatly arranged with the books I had collected so far. There were antique candle holders placed around the room, ready to provide a romantic atmosphere when lit at night.
I opened the fridge.
Inside, which was kept cold by long-lasting freezing magic, were desserts like pudding and cake, along with cookies and cool drinks I’d bought from the capital’s café. All set to serve when guests arrived.
On the table, aside from the vase, was an adorable tea set I’d found in the capital, along with fragrant herbal tea I’d taken from the cupboard.
“Heehee.”
Tears of emotion welled up in my eyes.
Rain, you’ve worked hard. You’ve made it.
At last, I’d fulfilled my dream of owning a home in the continent of Astrea.
My days of wandering from inn to inn to recover my stamina were over. Now, except for when I was adventuring or hunting, I had my own home where I could rest. Of course, I’d have to return to the other world to take care of Lee Seulbi’s body and make sure she got her nutrition, but still.
To be honest, I’d planned to sell off my earnings from the dungeon and buy a house for Lee Seulbi first. However, thanks to Chris, her living situation was already sorted, so I could afford to splurge on a house in the capital of the Alfarion Empire here in Astrea.
*Knock, knock.*
“Hehe, is the homeowner in?”
A gentle female voice.
I felt like my heart was skipping a beat.
“Yes! I’m inside!”
I smiled brightly as I greeted the first guest to my home.
Chris, the beautiful red-haired woman, opened the door and stepped inside.
“Wow~! It’s so cozy and beautifully decorated.”
Chris exclaimed, her eyes wide as she admired my home.
I shrugged my shoulders proudly.
“Unni, you haven’t bought a house here yet, right? You can live with me if you want.”
In the real world, Lee Seulbi was living with Chris. So here, in the continent of Astrea, I could solve Chris’s housing problem.
Chris smiled and patted my head.
I went to the fridge and brought out some cookies. I led Chris to a chair by the table, poured her some aromatic herbal tea, and placed it in front of her.
For a while, we enjoyed some snacks and had a nice chat together.
“So, unni, you’re thinking of forming a guild?”
“A guild.”
I knew that players from both of Astrea’s major factions, the Alfarion Empire and the Betarion Empire, were forming guilds and fighting in the faction wars to gain advantages.
“Recently, the first World Boss appeared in the faction battlefield of *Verbeia Forest*. Did you know about that, Rain?”
I shook my head.
I didn’t really follow the community much. I just went on adventures wherever my feet took me.
But a World Boss, huh?
“Even though it’s not a dungeon raid, this is practically the first raid of Astrea Online. Unni really wants to try taking on the first World Boss.”
“But, isn’t it in a faction battlefield?”
Chris nodded.
A World Boss, with massive rewards.
To claim it, there would be an enormous war between the two factions.
Skirmishes were probably already happening there as we spoke.
“Things are quiet now, but Betarion Empire is starting to make moves. They’ll push the opposing faction out through the faction battle to secure the environment for a World Boss raid. Once they do that, they’ll form a raid team to try to clear it.”
“And you’re telling me this because Alfarion Empire is also forming a raid team, right?”
Chris grinned.
“Correct. I got an offer from the *GG Gang* guild. I’m going to be the raid leader for the first World Boss raid, *Green Dragon*.”
The first World Boss raid.
A faction battlefield.
It wasn’t something I could tackle solo.
But among the massive rewards, what I coveted most were the *Legendary-grade items*.
We were starting to see time-based berserk patterns in elite dungeons. I barely managed to push through the berserk pattern in the ancient temple.
As a solo dungeon player, if I didn’t significantly increase my damage output, future clears would be tough.
Up until now, I’d been compensating for my lack of damage with my past experience and synchronization rate. My DPS had barely reached 1.5 times that of a normal player.
But if I could get my hands on a Legendary-grade weapon?
Depending on its stats, dealing damage equivalent to three players wouldn’t be out of the question.
*Gulp.*
I swallowed as I listened to Chris’s explanation.
“GG Gang promised 30% of the raid rewards to the raid team. If a Legendary-grade item drops, it’ll go to auction.”
An auction, huh. Maybe I should have held off on buying a house.
As I checked my current gold balance, I shook my head vigorously.
We hadn’t even cleared the raid yet, and I was already thinking about rewards!
“I’ll join the raid.”
Chris looked at me with a slightly worried expression before hesitantly speaking.
“Rain… it’s going to be a dangerous raid. Even though the PVP players will secure the environment,
we might still be exposed to attacks from players of the opposing faction during the boss fight. We’ll protect you as much as possible, but… are you sure?”
I had a feeling I knew what she was worried about.
She was probably concerned about the pain I’d feel if I got injured.
After showing her my solo play, I had hinted at my synchronization rate.
Of course, if I decided to go through with it, Chris wouldn’t stop me.
And now that I had Chris, I wouldn’t have to worry about my body being in danger in the outside world like before.
If Lee Seulbi ever got really sick, Chris would take me to the hospital.
I smiled brightly at Chris.
“It’s okay because unni is with me. So, how are we recruiting for our raid party?”
Even though I would prefer to do it solo, the World Boss raid was going to require a team.
It wasn’t just the raid team; the PVP players securing the battlefield were essentially part of the team too.
In the past, I wouldn’t have given it a second thought. But now, I had Chris.
Raiding with Chris was something I could enjoy.
Chris would handle team management, tactics, and coordination, while I could just focus on hitting the boss.
“Noname Party and Chris Party are going to team up, of course. That makes five people. Hehe.”
Chris smiled at me.
The Noname Party had exactly one member—me.
I smiled awkwardly and fidgeted.
“Also, I’ve already spoken with two other teams from the first-clear raid squad. So, we’ll have a total of 13 raiders.”
“Oh!”
I clenched my fist, my eyes shining with excitement.
The first raid. The faction battlefield. The Green Dragon. A 13-person raid team.
My heart was pounding.
“A 13-person raid guild, our first, is being formed. Now, what should we call it?”
“Can I name it?”
Chris laughed heartily and handed over the responsibility of naming the guild to me.
I glanced at the vase on the table.
The red and white flowers.
Chris and Rain—our colors.
“*Red and White!*”
