The first thought that crossed my mind when he spoke was that my life was in serious trouble.
I had already been messed up once by the demon's blood, but it seemed I had just gotten messed up again. The word "Manifestation Bearer" had slipped from his lips, and that was especially troubling since it was being said while the broadcast was running.
Of course, I briefly entertained a flicker of hope. What if what he said didn’t make it onto the stream? What if the viewers couldn’t hear him because he was too far away?
