A fundamental desire, an emotion inherent to all living beings.

Even the Shaolin, one of the esteemed nine orthodox sects, seek to transcend such desires, yet to me, desire is the essence of life itself.

The drive for humans to progress—

The struggle to obtain and conquer—

Be it material greed, the thirst for honor, or even primal lust—

Whatever it may be, it is ultimately desire.

To me, it is the most primal aspect of humanity.

Which makes one wonder—
