The second match against Falcon was a 2v2 elimination battle in the Colosseum.
With fewer players, this match required more precise combat strategies.
For our team, it was Luche and I.
On Falcon's side, they fielded Insane and Aquila, a swordfighter-samurai duo.
The outcome of the swordfight... was, of course, a complete victory for us.
Though their styles may differ, both are sword-wielding classes.
And swords are the weapon I am most confident in fighting with.
In a fight like this, there was no way they could defeat me.
With Luche holding her own, we secured a clean victory.
"Sigma storms Japan! Falcon falls and secures a spot in the top 16!"

After the battle ended, the stadium erupted in cheers like never before.
To be honest, it felt better than winning the IKL championship.
As the Falcon players exited, Luche stepped up to the stage for an interview.

Q. How do you feel about advancing to the top 16?
A. Of course, I’m happy. I feel like the situation is very different from last year. I won’t settle for this and will show even better performance in the next rounds.
Q. There’s been a significant change in your build. Can you tell us when you started preparing for it?
A. It’s been a long time in the making. I started preparing as early as the beginning of IKL Summer, and by the time the finals were approaching, I was considering putting it into practice. Looking back, it was a good decision.
Q. The ‘Sigma Catapult’ rumor – is that the javelin build rumor?
A. It’s different. I believe that term was used in the Chinese community. There were many complications while refining the strategy, and honestly, it’s not even a javelin build.
Q. (Laughing) Sounds like it was a bit of a struggle. Can you tell us more about it?
A. I made a lot of critical mistakes, let’s just say that. I want to give special thanks to Ga-wol and Camellia for helping me practice.

Another death group’s losers match, Group H, was assigned to both Cerberus’ AT and Phantom’s Veiled Nightmare.
Phantom eliminated China’s number one seed and smoothly advanced to the top 16.
The real battle begins now. The 16 teams for the knockout stage were decided.
From here on out, it will follow the traditional 5-set, 3-win system tournament.
The losers will end their journey and head home.

Everyone seemed surprised, but
I figured this was my only chance to stream.
Ending the group stage in first place brings two significant benefits.
The most obvious one is that we face the second-place team from a different group in the top 16.
The other advantage is that we get more time to prepare for the match.
Since our team advanced to the winner's bracket, we had plenty of time for training here.
Since the brackets weren’t finalized yet, it was a regular training session.
But from now on, we’ll have to prepare strategies specific to each opponent, so the schedule will tighten up.
So, this was the time to relax.
Walking through the evening streets of Berlin with Hekate,
The smell of sizzling German sausages filled the air.
There was a camera on the table, reflecting my face, and the draw broadcast was playing on my phone.
"Hello, everyone. A lot of people asked me to turn on the stream, so I’m doing it after a long time. This is Hekate next to me. Want to say hi?"
"Ah, hello... Wow, how many viewers are there?"
"It’s a bit more than usual. I guess it’s because it’s been a while."

So I took a big bite to show off a bit, making sure to look appetizing on camera.
The problem was, the sausage was so hot that it wouldn’t cool down with just a few breaths.
The tip of the sausage was still burning hot, and my senses were a bit more sensitive than others’.
As soon as the sausage touched my tongue, I quickly pulled it out of my mouth.

I tried something silly and ended up looking like a fool on camera.
I felt a bit embarrassed. I’d better just eat quietly from now on.
I brought the long sausage back to my lips, gently touching only the tip.
It wasn’t so good that it made me teary-eyed.
It was just... a well-made sausage.
The rich meaty flavor filled my mouth, and the juicy meat moistened my tongue.
By the way, the grilled exterior was pretty crispy.
The rough texture felt oddly fascinating, so I gently ran my tongue over it.
I didn’t want to touch the food with my bare hands, though, since it wouldn’t be very hygienic.
