While her husband Arad was busy with business expansion, Arina was diligently attending to her own "domestic duties"—though these were far from typical.
"Congratulations, miss. You’ve become the true shadow ruler of Beddenheim. And in just three months at that," Balzac approached Arina, who had just deactivated Pluto’s summoning, offering his congratulations.
"With this, we now have near real-time access to almost all information across the Union," he added.
Unlike Arina, who was drenched in sweat, Balzac was soaked in blood instead.
"Their stupidity, coupled with our strength, made it simple. That’s all," Arina replied, dismissing the compliment as if it were no big deal.
But despite her words, her expression betrayed a sense of satisfaction. It had been a long time since she’d fought so intensely, and she seemed invigorated by it.
‘If Mecha Knight Pluto had made its way into Beddenheim’s comics, how would they have reacted? Would they still have called us monsters? That would be amusing to see,’ she mused.
