I held a letter carefully in my hands, and as I crossed the living room, I grabbed Aisha, who was dressed in a bunny girl outfit, with a serious expression on my face.
"It's here."
"What's here?"
With a bored look, Aisha glanced back at me, clearly uninterested. There was also a touch of irritation in her expression; it seemed like she was annoyed about having to wear the bunny girl outfit because she had lost in our game of chess for the privilege.
I could care less about that. Aisha needed to respect this letter. Noticing that she didn't seem to understand the significance of the letter, I emphasized once more.
"It's here!"
"So what is it?" She snapped. "Dad, can you give me a proper answer?!"
