"We've sedated him with medication," the attending doctor quickly responded, sensing the concern in Koi’s voice.

"The extent of his injuries is severe, and the pain must be unbearable. That’s why we’ve sedated him, to keep him unconscious. We plan to maintain this state until his condition improves."
