Vol. 7 Ch. 2 Table of contents
Leon’s birthday had always been celebrated on the day when Sister Caroline first found him as a baby.
And later, from Hera’s memories, he saw it for himself—that moonlit night when she exhausted her magic to activate the transmutation spell, turning the Thunder Spirit Core into a Thunder Spirit form… the one that would become Leon.
So it made sense that this day had become his birthday.
For over thirty years, Leon had kept his birthdays low-key.
Back in school, he would always return to his master and mistress’s home. He’d only invite close friends like Rebecca, Sister Sharon, and Teacher Caroline—no one else. His master and mistress wouldn’t throw banquets either—just neighbors gathering for a warm, casual celebration.
It was Leon’s own request. He had firmly believed since childhood that birthdays were important, sacred even—and should only be shared with important people.
This “nostalgic birthday party” tradition had continued all the way until now.
