I am not sure if they will completely remember him. When Sunny used Weaver's mask on the Night Garden, he saw how fate was in shambles, so much that the damage was now irreparable. First I am not sure if its possible to get back his fate. The second is that the true meaning of his fate was actually becoming fateless. For me Lost from Light means actually Lost from Fate because Fate has always been represented by silver thread of light. Lastly, even if he does get back his fate, the tapestry of Fate itself is broken. Will the tapestry of Fate be able to reconnect with Sunny's fate to begin with ? And if it does, will Fate be able to link Sunny's Fate to his past ? Too many unknowns
