Specially wen I've been asking myself countless times how can the Daemon of Fate, the who seems to know the future of all things, allowed that Vile Bird to stole his eye. Hmm
The story is so good ... But sometimes, i have the impression to be taken for a stupid one. The explanation are long, i know theses are more for the reader than a internal monologue from Sunny ... But we both appear dumb, him for repeating the same thing with differents wording, and us to be taken by the hand like a slow child
Hold on, what if [fated] planned all of this to make sunny fateless by running into the VTB to have his fate stolen so that Asterion couldn't remember anything from the Tomb of Ariel also giving Sunny a chance to defeat Asterion by claiming the VTB's shade, becoming a spirit using the unusual progression of time and eventually comeback and kill Asterion by stealing his name and erasing all knowledge of him
Won't this be a problem for the cohort??? If Sunny and his alter egos get remembered again he'll be way more popular than before, wouldn't that wake the Forgotten god up sooner? Or would it not matter since they have decided to challenge him anyway and in the time he could actually wake up the cohort will already be ready for him🤔

He is already awake and aware of existence, it's just that nightmare spell is keeping him at bay or rather lulling him
