Even after that, their relationship was in shambles. Seunghyeon never showed his emotions and got angry like he did on the first day, but he didn’t even make the slightest effort to hide his hostility toward Taesung.

At least he was polite in front of Chairman Han, but it was only a formality. In the first place, Chairman Han brought Tae-seong in to pit the two against each other under the plausible guise of competition.

Chairman Han clearly knew that Seunghyun was subtly harassing Taeseong behind his back, but instead of stopping him, he only encouraged him. Although it was only painful for the two of them, he may have found the situation amusing.

In the beginning, there were a few times when I felt sorry for Seunghyun. He was only one year older than me, but when he was in middle school and high school, being a year older felt quite big, and Taesung was noticeably taller among his peers, as he was a dominant alpha.

When we were growing up, there was quite a difference in height. So there were times when it felt like Seunghyun was younger than he actually was. He may have been smart, but he also had a childish side to his actions.
