Fulfilling the role of deputy within the Spearhead Squadron, Raiden also assumes the responsibility of operations commander for both the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package and its 1st Armored Group, should circumstances deem Shin unfit to command.

In terms of appearance, Raiden possesses distinctive greenish steel-colored hair and eyes reminiscent of an Eisen. Standing at an imposing height of 185 cm and boasting a muscular physique, he commands attention wherever he goes.
