Theoto Rikka, commonly referred to as Theo, assumes a pivotal role as a primary supporting character in the 86 -Eighty Six- series, with a particular focus in "Gun Smoke on the Water." His Personal Name, Laughing Fox, adds depth to his character within the narrative.

Initially serving as a platoon leader within the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package's Spearhead Squadron, Theo demonstrates not only leadership prowess but also artistic talent as the creator of the squadron members' Personal Marks.

In terms of appearance, Theo possesses striking golden hair and green eyes reminiscent of a Jade, lending him an air of distinction. Despite his slender build, he stands somewhat shorter than his peers at 165 cm tall. Like his comrades in the Spearhead Squadron, he dons desert camouflage combat fatigues procured from the Republic's surplus stocks, showcasing his resourcefulness in the face of adversity. However, as circumstances evolve, he transitions to the Federacy's steel-colored panzer jacket uniform, reflecting shifts in allegiance and strategy.
