Where is the book I added

Hi,

I'm new to this site. I have a book that I am translating and I want to add it to the site. I have pressed the "+" sign", I have filled out all the information, I have waited a week to do this, I saw the page with chapters and info etc, but I couldn't see the "add chapter" option anywhere. I navigated out, and now I can't find where my novel is... I haven't been able to find it via search either. Please help!
