Missing Coins After Payment
Hello,
On February 14, 2026, at 21:24, I made a payment on your website using a Tremendous reward card. After the payment, the coins were successfully added to my account, and I used some of them to read content.
However, after refreshing the page later, I noticed that my coin balance had been reset to zero. Currently, my account shows 0 coins.
When I checked the payment status, the charged amount appears as “pending.” Despite this, your system had already credited the coins to my account, and I was able to use them.
I do not have a bank receipt, but I can provide the payment confirmation email I received.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue and restore the coins to my account.

I would like to provide a correction regarding my previous message about the missing coins.
After checking again, I realized that the coins were actually credited to my other account. I understand now that the issue was not system-related and that I had logged into the wrong account.
