Click on the coin logo (upper right corner) then click on "coupons" and then on achievements and there should be some tasks that you can do, so you could get these coins (except you did all the tasks)

Is the chapter worth the 10 Coupons? Because I only have 15 and I want to spend on chapters that are worth it T-T

I hope the chapters get free soon but if not then I think it depends on chapter release. Since the chapters only got free when new chapters got released but I really hope that isn't the case T-T
