There is a saying called force majeure. An irresistible force that cannot be resisted, an unavoidable incident, something like that. This whole situation right now was exactly that. The elated breath, flushed cheeks, the body visible under the wet clothes, and the cozy pheromones. All of this was force majeure to Ihyeok.

“Mmph…”

The startled Hyeseong tensed up his body. His eyes widened and he began to comprehend what kind of situation this was.

Ihyeok kissed him. No, but why…

There was no time to think. While their lips were still touching, Ihyeok carefully moved and soon began gently licking and biting Hyeseong’s lips. His head felt dizzy. Hyeseong was also losing his mind equally due to Ihyeok’s pheromones.

Questions of why and how no longer came to mind. All his senses were focused only on Ihyeok.

“Ahjussi… haa.”

The more Hyeseong let out hot breaths, the more uninhibited Ihyeok became. He sucked on Hyeseong’s lower lip in a daze. With one hand supporting his head and tilting it, he teased his lips as if eating candy.

Hyeseong tried to push Ihyeok away with trembling hands, but lost all strength in his body due to the overwhelming sensations. Hyeseong placed his hands on Ihyeok’s chest and clenched his fists. The  t-shirt he borrowed from Dohyun wrinkled miserably.

As if he was thirsty, Ihyeok kept exploring Hyeseong’s lips. It was fierce and intense, but the touch caressing the back of his neck was infinitely tender. Ihyeok gently soothed him while stroking Hyeseong’s flushed earlobes.

Hyeseong was passive but couldn’t push him away. He felt like he was losing his mind due to Ihyeok’s pheromones and touch covering his whole body.

“Eung.”

It was when an uncontrollable moan escaped Hyeseong’s mouth. Ihyeok didn’t miss that moment and sharply thrust his tongue in. He gently swept the inside of his mouth and caught and tied up Hyeseong’s tongue that kept trying to run away.

It was a slow but persistent movement. To the point where it was hard to see it as an accident that happened while doing garden work in broad daylight, the sound of them devouring each other echoed in the room.

A kiss that was so hot and sticky that it paralyzed rational thinking. Ihyeok instinctively lowered his hand. It was when he was about to slip his hand under Hyeseong’s wet clothes.

“Hyeseong, CEO! Where are you?”

The sound of Dohyun coming in was heard. The surprised Hyeseong pushed Ihyeok away and got up from the bed.

Hyeseong, who was gasping for breath, wiped his lips roughly. Saliva that belonged to who knows who smeared on his hand.

“Oh, Dohyun. I’m here. Just a minute.”

Hyeseong left the room without even giving Ihyeok a glance. He steeled his heart to not waver as much as possible, to not let his voice tremble.

Left alone in the room, Ihyeok blankly stared at the bed in the same posture as he was pushed by Hyeseong. As he unconsciously stroked his lips, he felt hot warmth and damp saliva.

Again, it was bodily fluid that belonged to who knows who.

“Fuck.”

Ihyeok covered his face with his hand with a grim expression. He made a mistake. It was an act that was hard to even dare call a mistake. Ihyeok bit his lips hard.

He thought he had gone crazy lately, but it seemed like something was really wrong with his head. What the hell did he just do to a kid?

He wasn’t even drunk. He was completely sober. And yet he kissed Hyeseong.

His head was filled with only question marks. He felt unfamiliar even to himself. Now that his reason had completely returned, the more he thought about his emotionally-driven actions from a few minutes ago, the less he understood.

The sound of Dohyun and Hyeseong talking about something was heard from outside, but Ihyeok couldn’t move an inch from inside the room. His senses were still sharp, wrapped in Hyeseong’s pheromones that enveloped his whole body. Ihyeok kept stroking his lips.

It felt like the soft and small sensation of Hyeseong’s lips still remained. What followed was an immense sense of guilt. A kind of remorse. Ihyeok tried his best not to look at his bulging front and began reciting the national anthem in his head.

He felt like a tremendous pervert to himself.

* * *

“…sung! Cheon Hyeseong!”

“…huh?”

Hyeseong raised his head with hazy eyes. Then he saw Dohyun furrowing his brows with an expression that showed he couldn’t understand.

“What?”

“What do you mean what?! That’s soy sauce. Not water.”

“Ah.”

Hyeseong looked at his right hand. As Dohyun said, he had opened the soy sauce container and was pouring it into a water cup.

“I’ll give you a new cup. Give it here.”

Dohyun snatched the cup and put it straight in the sink. Hyeseong’s eyes, which were looking at the new cup filled with water, changed to being empty again.

“Hyeseong, what’s with you these days?”

“What am I?”

“You’re weird. You don’t eat well. You space out. Just now, you were about to pour soy sauce instead of water. Is something going on?”

Hyeseong flinched and widened his eyes.

“There’s nothing like that! I really don’t have anything going on.”

Hyeseong shook his head vigorously for no reason, making a fuss.

“Okay, okay. I get it. If there’s nothing, then there’s nothing. Why are you making such a fuss?”

Dohyun waved his hand as if soothing a child. To the point where the person who asked was more flustered.

“…Dohyun, I’m going to go in and rest.”

After that, Hyeseong picked at his food and soon got up from his seat without even finishing it. Looking at his back walking away powerlessly with drooping shoulders, Dohyun tilted his head.

It seemed like something was going on, but since he insisted there wasn’t while being so stubborn, it was awkward to ask further.

The problem wasn’t just that Hyeseong was weird. This morning, when he went out to throw away the trash, he ran into Ihyeok again by chance.

When he greeted him and tried to go inside, Ihyeok scratched his head like a puppy that needed to poop and asked how Hyeseong was doing. Not understanding the intention of the question, he just answered that he’s doing well. Then Ihyeok started hesitating as if he still had an important matter left.

Unable to watch any longer, Dohyun said let’s just go inside together. Then Ihyeok got surprised and said okay, then swiftly left. It was an appearance lacking composure unlike usual. If he was so worried about Hyeseong, couldn’t he come inside and check on him before leaving? They had made up too.

“Or could it be that they fought again?”

Dohyun suddenly started making deductions while eating.

It was clear that the two started being weird exactly from then. The day Ihyeok offered to help with the garden work for the first time. Because of Boksil’s accident, Hyeseong’s clothes got completely wet, and Ihyeok went in instead to help him.

When the two didn’t come out even after enough time passed to change clothes and do somersaults back and forth, he had gone inside. Then Hyeseong, who seemed flustered about something, came out still wearing the wet clothes without changing. Come to think of it, his face was a bit red then too.

Could they have argued again or something? Dohyun narrowed his eyes and listed all sorts of possibilities.

Then Boksil, who finished eating, approached his owner and started rubbing his body against him.

“I can’t figure out those two no matter what. Boksil.”

Dohyun stroked Boksil’s soft fur.

Among the many hypotheses Dohyun thought of, there wasn’t one that they shared a deep kiss and that’s why.

“Haa.”

Hyeseong was equally confused right now.

Hyeseong, who came into the room, glared at the innocent bed. Then he soon went and sat in front of the desk. He wanted to lie down, but it was painful because every time his back touched that bed, the events of that time kept coming to mind.

Hyeseong laid his head on the desk and closed his eyes. His hand unconsciously reached for his lips. He felt a scorching hot sensation as if his hand would burn. In the end, Hyeseong abruptly raised his head before even a minute passed since he laid down.

“What was that?”

Hyeseong anxiously bit his lips and shook his leg as if restless.

Originally, even when taking exams during school days, Hyeseong was the type to mercilessly raise his hand and ask to change seats if there was a student shaking their leg in front of him. But now he was so anxious and confused that he felt like he would go crazy if he didn’t at least do this.

What the hell was that incident? How did it happen? He kept thinking about why Ihyeok kissed him since that day, but couldn’t come up with any plausible answer.

Why? Because there was no reason anywhere for him and that person to share a passionate kiss.

Hyeseong messed up his hair as much as he could. Actually, if he wanted to know the reason, it wasn’t like there was no way at all.

He could just go to the person involved and ask. Why did you kiss me? But could he really go in front of Ihyeok and ask something like that? Could he even face him in the first place?

Hyeseong shook his head vigorously. When just thinking about that day made him lose his mind like this, how could that be possible?

“Could it be that his rut came?”

That was the most likely possibility. Because he could easily go into heat when the day of his rut approaches.

“Ah, I don’t know.”

Hyeseong sighed deeply again and splendidly collapsed on the desk. Although it was full of questions, one thing that was certain was that the more he recalled the kiss from that day, the more his heart pounded like crazy.

It was the second kiss he shared with Ihyeok. Honestly speaking, what happened during the business trip to England was when Ihyeok completely lost his reason because his rut came. It was rough, fast, and overwhelming to that extent.

But this kiss was not like that at all. It was fierce, but equally gentle and affectionate. Ihyeok’s touch stroking the back of his neck and earlobes was still vivid in his head.

“So that’s how you touch when you’re sober, ahjussi.”

Hyeseong muttered random things in a state of being a burning hot potato. He felt like a pervert himself, but there was no other way.

Because to him who still couldn’t give up on his foolish one-sided love, it was an unexpected gift.
