Really guys? How? The heavenly eye e.g.shaolin's leader and the previous Alliance leader Jang answered directly to blood demon. So ofc they know. It's super obvious by now like when MC busted up the den growing the blood flower that wouldn't have been possible unless the Alliance was involved, and when MC touched the flower and the Blood Demon sensed it they sent Jang what's his name tie up the loose ends, and again when the Tang elder that was was conducting human experiments was killed by MC again Blood Demon sensed it and immediately sent word to the heavenly eye that they need to speed up their plans. So it makes 0 sense for Alliance Leader Jang to step down and the Blood Demon to not replace him with one of his own.
We've only met two dragons so far Blood Demon, and Mang and they're pure-bloods in that only nine we're allowed to exist until MC came along. We haven't been introduced to any non-pureblood dragons and the little that has been revealed about them is that they exist and are created artificially via 'seeds/curse'. This latest reveal kind of hints it isn't a good thing that people who turn into dragons in this way.

Pretty sure he hasn't made the connection that the MA is the blood demon 's puppet. Just knows the blood demon is about and about but doesn't know that it's THAT bad.
I don't think his plan involves fighting, and probably just aims to expose the alliances dirty secrets that ruins their reputation to the point where it can't be recovered. E.g. Proof of the the Orthodox alliance engaging in abhorrent activities (like torture) that they themselves denounce in a situation where they gag the witnesses and then bury it. This tournament have just about every eyeball and who's who attending people they can't easily silence or eliminate.

Also will point out it's highly likely their history is faked somewhat after Blood Demon was "seal" e.g. the five heroes got the same treatment that Past Wi Seol-Ah got after defeating the Heavenly Demon and the MC dying, then when confronting Jang whatshisname he pulled a "haha, it was me! Dio, I mean Blood Demon, along!" but instead of Blood Demon it was his minions in the upper ranks of the alliance. After they took care of the heroes the wrote their history as the saw fit.
