Firstly she's calling him piper because that's his ACTUAL nickname, like ya know from the chapters where he was at Hamilton and lead kids to their doom? And in this universe there is no "folklore" of the "pied piper of Hamilton" he literally IS the pied piper of Hamilton, there is no metaphor at all. Idk why your writing TL notes trying to analyze a series you clearly aren't actually reading.
