I don't think so. His character has always been centered on being ruthless to outsider and caring to his colleagues. And also if you followed him as a character from the beginning, hes the type that will do anything necessary to achieve his goal isn't he ?
I didn't expect this iteration of cheonma has the "heavenly demon domineering step" as well haha.
This makes it the fifth cheonma that I read has this skill. Kinda feels like a fixed technique that every cheonma have by this point.
