Thats not the case, because its the same for wi-seoh-ah since they’re sisters she also doesnt remember her past & im pretty sure that has to do with the blood demon. The reason cheonma usually sould remember her past life was because of her power to regress but she gave up on that power in order to regress the MC.
When he asked the branch leader to describe how she looked to her she described her a little differently then how cheonma actually looks, so he assumed that cheonma was using something to alter her appearance in peoples eyes, so most likely the sword phoenix didn't recognize her either .
