Whatever it is, it never seemed to be about fighting and/or killing. His stated purpose is to uproot the corruption of the martial alliance or cripple it's function as an institution. Not just because of his own vendetta against it, but also because it effectively functions as the Blood Demons force. It'll like be a public exposure of their misdeeds and any direct confrontation will be to stop the more corrupt parts of it.
It should've been Gu Yancheon instead of Wi Seoul Ah twice in this chapter. The author never seem to use first person for anyone else other than the protagonist and it mentions his past life.
Pretty sure that in the last section it is the Emei sect, not Mount Hua Sect...
Imo he has a clue about it, or the very least suspects that is the case. Because he mentioned he suspected the Divine Dragon to have received the Blood Demon power and when it was proven that he did not MC finaly started respecting him. Also with the Jang clan heir being constantly used by the Blood Demon in front of him and his dad being the previous head of the MA and all.
