Admittedly it's been sorta hard to know if he's aware or unaware. Cause there's times where the story makes him out to be entirely understanding of the girls' feelings for him, and there's other times where bro is tungsten level dense. I'd say it's a genuine mix of awkwardness, and the fact that his guilt pushes him to refuse acknowledgement. There's also the fact that the majority of his feelings towards these girls is guilt, he feels guilty about Bi-ah, respect and guilt towards So-yeol, "fearspect" towards Hee-ah(though her taking his virginity in the past life was never fully explained), etc. Cheonma and Wi are the only ones who he, at least at some point, felt nothing but love for, to our knowledge anyways. Of course, this story's so long and has so many plot threads that I've likely forgotten fifty of them by now.
